The quake struck at 9.28pm native time, consistent with earthquake tracker EMSC-CSEM. Philippines’  ABS-CBN info outlet tweeted: “A magnitude 5.2 earthquake shook Don Marcelino, Davao Occidental, 9.28 PM, Sunday.”  NOAA’s Tsunami warning system talked about there is no such thing as a such factor as a menace of a tsunami following the quake.

People had been quick to share their experiences of the trembling. 

One particular person wrote on EMCS: “It was one good jolt adopted by very low stage trembling for a few seconds.”
