Knicks’ Julius Randle Named to His First All-Star Group


Ahead Julius Randle, who’s having a profession 12 months, was named to the N.B.A. All-Star crew on Tuesday evening as a reserve, giving the Knicks their first All-Star since Kristaps Porzingis throughout the 2017-18 season.

It was the 26-year-old Randle’s first All-Star choice. With James Harden, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant making the crew for the Nets, this season’s All-Star Sport, in Atlanta on March 7, would be the first with gamers from each New York groups because the 2013-14 season, when Joe Johnson (Nets) and Anthony (Knicks) had been chosen. That is the primary time the Nets have had three players in one season chosen for the All-Star crew.

Randle was drafted with the seventh choose in 2014 by the Los Angeles Lakers after a standout 12 months at Kentucky.
